I’ve been helping people buy homes for 30 years, and I still get excited every time a client calls to say they got the keys.

I lead the Primary Residential Mortgage branch in the Dayton area, with offices in Beavercreek and Vandalia. Our branch has served the Miami Valley for more than 20 years, and I’m licensed to help homebuyers anywhere in the state of Ohio. Whether you’re in Kettering, Columbus, Akron or a small town off Route 33, we can work together by phone, email and secure online application.

Being local means I know the market, the agents and the neighborhoods. Being part of PRMI, a national lender, means I have the resources and more than 300 loan programs to back that up. You get both: a hometown loan officer with big-company options.
